In the classic tools, work made on the free plan is public and may appear in the community gallery, and downloading it needs a paid plan.

Yes. Sign up and you get free credits every day. Describe your design in the chat, see the result right away and download it. There's nothing to install. Free accounts draw at standard quality. A subscription unlocks higher quality and the designer agent for multi-step design work.

Can I generate multiple images from a single prompt?

Yes. Ask for several versions in one message, for example "give me four logo ideas." Each image gets its own card for you to check before it's drawn, and each one is charged separately.

Can I upload my own images for conversion?

Yes. Attach up to 20 files to a message: images (PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, GIF, HEIC and more) or documents (PDF, CSV, TXT, Markdown, JSON). You can turn an image into an SVG for 1 credit, edit it with a text instruction for 2, 3 or 5 credits depending on quality, remove its background for 1 credit, or convert it to another format.

How many free credits do I get?

New users receive 6 free credits upon signup. After that, each day you visit, your free balance is topped back up to 3 credits if it has dropped below that. The top-up happens once per day, at midnight in your time zone. Unused daily credits don't add up from one day to the next. Subscribers get their monthly plan credits instead of the daily top-up.

Do credits expire?

Subscription credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle, so unused credits don't carry over to the next month. Credit packs expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Free credits don't expire, but the daily top-up only brings your balance up to the daily amount, so they don't build up over time.

Your subscription or free credits are always used first. Credit pack credits are only used once those run out. If a job costs more than your subscription or free balance, the rest is taken from your credit pack.

Which credits does the AI design chat use?

With a subscription, the chat uses your subscription credits first and then your credit pack credits. Without a subscription, the chat only uses your free credits, so credit pack credits can't be spent in the chat. If you run out, your free credits top back up the next day, or you can subscribe.

Are refunds available?

No. Subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, but payments already made won't be refunded. Credit pack purchases are also final and non-refundable.

If you're on the free plan, your generations are public and may appear in our community gallery. Once you subscribe or buy a credit pack, new generations become private by default.
