Billing Errors

We will only process refunds for:

• Verified billing errors that can be documented
• Unauthorized charges with proper documentation
• Duplicate charges due to technical issues

• Credits never expire once purchased
• Low quality generations: 1 credit
• Medium quality generations: 2 credits
• High quality generations: 3 credits
• Image conversions: 1 credit
• Image editing: 3 credits

SVG Licensing and Usage Rights

When you generate or edit SVGs using our service, you receive specific usage rights based on your account type:

Free Users - Personal Use Only

If you haven't purchased credits, your usage is limited to:

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• Cannot be used for any commercial purposes, including business projects
• Cannot be sold, licensed, or distributed commercially
• Cannot be used in products or services offered for sale
• Generations may appear in our public gallery
• Cannot be used for marketing materials or business presentations

Paid Users - Commercial Rights

Once you purchase credits, you gain full commercial rights for all your generated SVGs:

• Full commercial use rights for all generated SVGs
• Use in commercial projects, marketing materials, and products
• Modification and derivative works allowed
• No attribution required (though appreciated)
• Private generations (not shown in gallery by default)
• Use in client work and commercial presentations
• Integration into products and services

Universal Restrictions

Regardless of your account type, the following restrictions apply:

• Cannot resell SVGs as standalone digital assets or templates
• Cannot claim ownership of the underlying AI technology
• Cannot use for illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
• Cannot reverse-engineer our AI models, algorithms, or service
• Cannot create competing AI generation services using our outputs
• Cannot use for deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading content
• Cannot violate intellectual property rights of others

Commercial Use Transition

Important notes about upgrading to commercial use:

• Commercial use is only permitted after purchasing credits
• SVGs generated before purchasing credits remain personal-use only
• Once you purchase credits, all new generations have commercial rights
• You must upgrade to a paid plan before any commercial usage of existing SVGs

Content Guidelines

When using our service, you agree not to generate content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, violence, or offensive material
• Depicts illegal activities or substances
• Contains personally identifiable information of others
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Regarding ownership of generated content:

• You own the generated SVGs according to your license type
• We retain ownership of our AI technology and algorithms
• You retain rights to any original images you upload
• We may use anonymized data to improve our service
